A group to connect with Catholic homeschoolers in the Raleigh area. Some activities include First Friday devotions, Feast Day celebrations, rosary making, academic co-ops, field trips and park days. Not affiliated with one particular Catholic Parish in the Raleigh Diocese.
An all-inclusive, secular homeschool support group based in Cary, NC. Membership is open to all homeschooling families in and around the Cary area. Do not require or endorse adherence to any particular belief system, educational method or philosophy. Over 200 member families meet in-person for park days, game days, play dates, field trips and classes.
Charlotte Mason Mothers
A homeschool support group in the Raleigh and surrounding areas of North Carolina for mothers who are utilizing Charlotte Mason’s teachings in home education. We are a Christian homeschool group, but welcome anyone who aspires to provide a Charlotte Mason style home education for their children.
Foundations Programs provide a Classical Christian community for homeschool families with students in grades K4-6th. Programs typically meet once a week for twelve weeks in the fall and twelve weeks in the winter/spring months. Based on the classical model of education, families meet weekly to introduce new memory work (or grammar of a subject) and review old memory work using Classical Conversations’ Foundations Guide as the heart of the curriculum.
This is a support group for Christian homeschoolers in Cary, NC and the surrounding area. Sponsored by Colonial Baptist Church, but any family may join. Membership is free. Activities vary widely – everything from small groups and clubs to science co-ops, field trips and group testing. Members also have the ability to plan lead new events and opportunities.
Dayspring Home Educators
A Christian homeschool support group for families in the greater Raleigh area offering a variety of activities, special events and field trips. Dayspring is open to everyone who homeschools regardless of religion as long as they can respect and defer to the policies and principles set by the Board.
Generations Homeschool Group
Generations is a ministry of Crossroads Fellowship that exists in partnership with the local church to encourage and equip Christian families as they educate their children at home. We accomplish this by offering academic enrichment programs, coordinating group activities, and fostering collaboration among our members.
Homeschool County Connections
A home school group designed for home schooling parents in Wake and Johnston counties. All homeschoolers are welcome, no matter what method you choose, whether you are secular or religious. The group is not limited to those in Wake and Johnson Counties although most social events will probably take place within these counties.

A secular support group for homeschoolers in the North Raleigh and N. Wake County area. Weekly playdates, occasional field trips and Mom’s night out. This group welcomes all ages from preschool to high school. Siblings are welcome to activities.
